Lord of Tofu Vegan Organic 'Scrambled Egg' 200g (CHILLED)
An organic tofu based alternative to eggs!
Made with a special blend of spices to create a savoury and eggy taste, this egg-free 'egg' can be prepared in 3 different ways, to suit your selected dish.
For Scrambled Eggs: Scramble the Vegan-Eggs with a fork and fry in a little oil.
For a fried egg (sunny side up): Cut the Vegan Egg into slices and fry from both sides in oil. Serve with a dollop of yellow mustard.
Like hard-boiled eggs: Put the Vegan Eggs (with the plastic casing) into a pot with hot water(max 70°c). After 5 minutes peel the vegan egg and enjoy it with some dairy free butter.
