Water, Breadcrumb Coating (Wheat Flour, (Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine), Rapeseed Oil, Water, Salt, Yeast), Konjac Flour, Tapioca Starch, Wheat Starch, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Sugar, Wheat Fibre, Thickener: Carrageenan, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Yeast Extract, Colour Titanium Dioxide.

Remove all packaging. As all appliances vary, these are guideline only. Ensure that the product is piping hot before serving.
To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat and cook for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally until crisp and golden brown.
To Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 200°C/ 425°F, Gas Mark 7. Place on a preheated tray and cook for 15 minutes until golden brown. For fan-assisted ovens, reduce cooking time according to manufacturer's handbook.
To Shallow Fry: Add a little oil to a pan and cook for approximately 3 minutes per side on a medium heat until crisp and golden brown. Drain and serve.
