These are a bit of a hidden gem of a product - 8 meat-free vegan sausages deliciously flavoured with oregano and basil.
Wonderful fried up and eaten in a sandwich, or chopped up, fried, and tossed into a pasta bake to really make the most of the Italian style herbs!
These veggie sausages have a softer texture, but gain a lovely crispy exterior once fried!

To Shallow Fry:
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the sausages and cook until lightly browned. For best results avoid overcooking.
Once opened, consume within 48 hours. Suitable for freezing.
