Can be eaten hot or cold. If frozen, defrost sausages before cooking.
To Shallow Fry: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the sausages and cool, turning frequently.
To Grill: Lightly brush the sausages with vegetable oil. Place under a preheated hot grill for apprximatley 5 minuted turning frequently.
To Microwave: Place 2 sausages on a non-metallic plate, cover and cook. (Times vary for different microwaves)
Suitable for freezing. Consume within 48 hours after opening.
