Vegan Spinach and Pesto Sausages from Tofurky!
These extra appetizing sausages are made with sweet basil, spinach, garlic and vegan cheese to give these meat free delights a taste of the Mediterranean.
Great for tossing into pasta dishes with a pesto or marinara sauce.
You can also fry them up with some mushrooms, peppers and onions with a can of tomatoes plus your favourite spices for a tempting veggie sausage casserole.
Each pack contains 4 sausages.

Stovetop: Place sausage (whole of chopped) in heated, lightly oiled pan and saute briefly. Add 1Tbsp water after sausage is browned and cook covered for 15 seconds. Or place sausage in boiling water for 90 seconds.
Microwave: Place sausage on microwavable plate and cook on high for 30 seconds.
Grill: Lightly rub each sausage with cooking oil and place on heated grill. Cook until hot, turning occasionally. Do not overcook.
