Vegan Kielbasa Style Sausages from Tofurky!
Polish style meat-free sausages made from a blend of wheat gluten and tofu with a rich and tasty balance of onion and garlic.
These versatile veggie sausages can be served on a bun, or used in soups, stews and casseroles - or for an easy (but filling!) sausage sandwich.
Each back contains 4 sausages containing 16.4g of vegan protein each!
Wheat Gluten, Water, Non-GM Tofu (Water, Non- GM Soyabeans, Firming Agents [Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Chloride] (25.0%), Rapeseed Oil, Onions, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Culture), Soy Flour, Granulated Garlic, Garlic Puree, Spices, Vegan Sugar, Mustard Seeds. Additives: Magnesium Chloride and Calcium Chloride.

Stovetop: Place sausage (whole or chopped) in heated, lightly oiled pan and saute briefly. Add 1 Tbsp water after sausage is browned and cook covered for 15 seconds. Or place sausage in boiling water for 90 seconds
Microwave: Place sausage on microwavable plate and cook on high for 30 seconds.
Grill: Lightly rub each sausage with cooking oil and place on heated grill. Cook until hot, turning occasionally. Do not overcook.
