Vegan Italian Style Sausages from Tofurky.
Italian style tofu and wheat gluten sausages with sundried-tomatoes and basil, and a kick of chilli!
These meat-free sausages can be enjoyed on a hot dog bun with peppers and onions, sliced into pasta sauces, grilled on the barbeque or put into a casserole.
High in Plant Based protein, each (single!) sausage contains an impressive 18.3g vegan protein!

Tofu (Water, Soyabeans, Firming Agents, [Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Chloride) (30.7%), Wheat Gluten, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Soy sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Culture), Soy flour, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Basil, Granulated Garlic, Sea Salt, Spices. Additives: Magnesium Chloride and Calcium Chloride.
Contains Soya, Wheat Gluten.

Stovetop: Place sausage (whole or chopped) in heated, lightly oiled pan and saute briefly. Add 1 Tbsp water after sausage is browned and cook covered for 15 seconds. Or place sausage in boiling water for 90 seconds.
Microwave: Place sausage on microwavable plate and cook on high for 30 seconds.
Grill: Lightly rub each sausage with cooking oil and place on heated grill. cook until hot, turning occasionally. Do not overcook.
