This organic vegetarian sausage mix is a delicious jumble of organic ingredients that can be simply prepared for a tasty meat-free banger that is lightly seasoned with organic herbs.

Try wrapping in puff pastry for sausage rolls, or use as one large filling for a savoury Pastry Plait (Place into the centre of a sheet of puff pastry on a greased baking tray and cut each side into strips and plait like a strudel). For a little variety, try spicing this mix up by adding chilli powder or curry spices into the mix before adding the water.

Directions for use:
Empty contents of sachet into a bowl and add 175ml (6 1/4 fl. oz.) of boiling water, stir well and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Form into banger shapes (approximately 8) with wet hands. Either fry (in a little oil), grill or barbeque until golden brown or bake in a preheated oven (200C/400F or Gas Mark 6) for 20 minutes, turning once, until thoroughly cooked.
