Vegourmet Vegan Burger Mix - 'Chikin Luck' 140g
A lighter, chicken style burger mix. Makes 400g.
VeGourmet vegan burgers are made from soya concentrate and protein blended with tasty seasoning for burgers with great flavour and texture that don't just fall to pieces.
All you need to do is mix with water, shape into burgers and fry, making them easy and quick to use.
Packed in foil, these mixes do not require any special storage and are great for use when camping, visiting friends (or even entertaining an occasional vegan guest!)
As you are adding the most heavy ingredient (water) they work out good value for money too. 140g dry mix will make 400g of burgers.
These Chikin Luck burgers have a lighter 'chicken style' flavour, and can be enjoyed as is, or with extra spices and herbs added. You can also use them to make little 'meat balls' or 'cevapcici' style susuages to use in soups, pittas, wraps, etc.
Soy Protein Concentrate (50%), Soy Protein Isolate (10%), Non-hydrodgenated Palm Fat, Onion Powder, Thickener: Carrageenan, Hydrolysed Plant Protein (Contains Gluten), Spices (Contains Mustard seeds) Sodium, Garlic Powder, Aroma.
Contains Soy, Gluten and Mustard.
Mix contents with 250 ml of water and stir well. Let the mix stand for 5 minutes, then form and fry burgers.
