Try rolling the mix into small balls instead of burgers and frying in shallow oil. This can be used as an alternative to falafels in vegetarian kebabs, or even as meatless balls with a Spaghetti Bolognese.

Directions for use:
Preheat the over to 200°c/ 180°c/ Gas Mark 6. Empty the contents of sachet into a bowl. Add 200ml of cold water. Mix and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Using lightly floured hands, shape into 4 burgers. Place in the centre of the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Alternatively, heat 1-2tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the burgers over a medium eat for 4-5minutes until lightly browned.
