Soya Protein Chunks - Natural 375g
Plain soya protein chunks, highly versatile ingredient that can be used as a meat substitute in curries, stews, pies, etc.
Just soak and use as you would with meat, to make your dish veggie!
Best if soaked in stock as dry soya protein will absorb 3-4 times its weight in fluids, which helps to give it more flavour.
A good source of meat free, plant based protein. Low in Fat too!
Tip: To make vegan 'beef' style chunks, when soaking in your veggie stock, add a spoonful of yeast extract such as Natex.
