Pour into a pan. Cook on a medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly.
Pour into a suitable container and cover. Cook on full power for two minutes. Stir, then heat again for a further minute. Stir and serve.
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, remove contents and store in a suitable container in the fridge. Use within 2 days.
