A soul satisfying Thai curry based on a monastery recipe. Chickpeas and Tomatoes, cooked in coconut milk, flavoured with spices soy sauce and sweet basil and lightly sweetened with apple juice. Serve with rice, or noodles.

Chickpeas (28%), Potato (19%), Tomatoes (15%), Water, Garden Peas (9%), Creamed Coconut, Spices (Turmeric, Coriander, Chilli Power, Sea Salt, Onion Powder, Cumin, Fenugreek, Ginger, Garlic, Fennel, Black Pepper), Sunflower Oil, Pear Sweetener, Tamari Soy Sauce, Garlic, Coriander, Thai Basil, Black Pepper.

Shake well before use. Empty contents into a saucepan and heat gently for 3 minutes whilst stirring. Do not boil or overheat, as this will impair the flavour.
Place contents in a microwave dish, cover and microwave on full power for 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
