Vegan 'Easy Egg' Mix by Orgran.
A whole egg replacement suitable for making cooked egg dishes such as scrambled eggs, quiches, omelettes and frittatas.
This box contains the equivalent of 15 eggs.
Chickpea Flour, Maize Flour, Vegetable Gums (Stabilisers): Methylcellulose, Carrageenan; Vegetable Protein, Dextrose from Maize, Salt, Turmeric, Raising Agent: Calcium Carbonate, Garlic Powder.

To Make Scrambled Egg:
1. Whisk 50g of Easy Egg with 240ml Water and 2.5tsp Oil, in a medium bowl until blended.
2. Spray large non-stick skillet with oil, Heat over medium heat until hot.
3. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds. Continue cooking - lifting and folding eggs until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly.
4. Remove from heat. Serve immediately.
