Sift contents of the packet into a bowl and add 450ml (15.8 fl .oz)of water, stir all ingredients to make a smooth batter.
*use more liquid for thinner pancakes.
Lightly grease frying pan and preheat.
Pour batter into the frying pan to desired size and cook over low-medium heat.
When the edge of the pancake appears cooked and bubbles have burst, turn over and cook other side until golden brown.
