Cooking Instructions (Vegan):
1. Add contents of the pack to 230ml water and 15g of vegetable oil or margarine.
OR if you chose to use Orgran No Egg egg replacer, use the equivalent of 2 eggs, alongside 165ml water and 60g margarine.
2. With an electric mixer, mix on low speed to combine and then on high speed for 4 minutes.
3. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin (20cm x 5cm or 8 x 2 inches). Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180°c or 160°c for fan assisted ovens.
