Makes a smooth and vanillary creamy custard based on naturally Gluten Free and Dairy Free Ingredients.
Ideal served with fruit, poured over a hot pudding or made thicker and used as a dessert or cake filling.
Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Yeast Free, Vegan, Kosher.
Maize Starch, Natural Colour: Beta Carotene, Salt, Natural Vanilla Flavour.

Custard Mix Directions:
Place 2 level tablespoons Orgran Custard Powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a saucepan (Use 3 tablespoons for a thicker custard)
Measure 500ml (16.8 fl .oz) of Dairy Free milk and pour approx 2 tablespoons of milk into the powder, stir until smooth.
Gradually add remaining milk while stirring continuously and bring to the boil over a medium to high heat.
Reduce heat immediately and simmer for 1 minute.
Note: Custard will thicken on standing.
Place 2 level tablespoons Orgran Custard Powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a microwave safe jug or bowl (Use 3 tablespoons for a thicker custard).
Measure 500ml (16.8 fl .oz) of Dairy Free milk and pour a small amount into the powder, stir until a smooth paste is achieved.
Gradully add the remaining milk, mix well and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir well and cook for a further 1-2 minutes until thickened, depending on desired consistency.
