Orgran Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Cake Mix 375g
Easy Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Cake mix from Orgran.
Simply mix together with some water and veg oil (or use the Orgran No Egg Egg Replacer and some dairy free margarine) and bake and top with your favourite frost or dust with icing sugar.

Cooking Instructions (Vegan Option):
1. Add contents of the pack to 230ml water and 15g of vegetable oil or margarine
OR if you wish to use the Organ Egg Replacer use 165ml water, the equivalent of 2 eggs of the Orgran no egg replacer and 60g vegetable margerine.
2. With an electric mixer, mix on low speed to combine and then on high speed for 4 minutes.
3 Pour the batter into a greased cake tin (20cm x 5cm or 8 x 2 inches). Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35min at 180°c or at 160°c for a fan assisted oven.
