Delicious Gluten and Soy Free Vegan Brownie mix. Can be made using Orgran No Egg.
Brown Sugar, Rice Flour, Cocoa Powder (9%), Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Guar Gum, Salt, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate.

Brownie Mix Directions (Makes 14 Servings)
Preheat oven to 175°c (350°F).
Grease and line a 20cm square tin.
Melt 150g (5.3oz) Dairy free margarine in a microwave, stirring every 1-2 minutes until completely
melted. (Option: include 150g choc chips or dairy free chocolate spread melted with the margerine)
In a mixing bowl, place the ORGRAN Brownie Mix with the melted mixture and add the equivalent of 2 eggs (Orgran No Egg egg replacer) and stir until just combined.
Spoon into prepared tin and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes (depending on how fudgy you like your brownies)
Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before removing, cut into squares while still warm.
