This tasty ginger cake mix can be used to make sponges, loafs or cupcakes. It's vegan gluten free recipe uses coconut blossom sugar, a more natural sugar than other white sugars.

As the mix already contains a Vegan egg replacer, simply add 140ml water and 115ml water for the vegan recipe.
