Impulse Organic Tempeh - SeaVeg 200g (CHILLED)
Tempeh is a traditional food from Indonesia made from soya beans which have a culture added to them, which makes a nutritious alternative for meat in many recipes.
Made with Organic Soya beans and arame and hiziki sea vegetables, this block of tempeh can be sliced or diced for use in curries, stews, stir fries, skewers, etc.
May be steamed, baked or fried - we suggest you pan fry in just a little oil until golden and crispy before adding to your recipe.
Once opened use within 2 days. Can be frozen.
Note: Grey or black spots are the normal result of the tempeh culture forming its seeds and do not indicate spoilage.
