A blend of plain tofu, seaweed and a little smoked tofu, Clear Spot sea cakes are the perfect vegan alternative to fish cakes.
No oil is used in the making of this product, which means that they can be both deep and shallow fried successfully. Try rolling in some corn flour before frying to add a delicious crispy coating!
As no stabilizer gums or emulsifiers were used during production some liquid draining off into the pack is normal.
