Traditional black pudding is a type of 'blood' sausage, typically made with pork fat and oats.
VPud however, is made without all the unnecessary nonsense and is made from a delicious mix of cereals, onions, herbs and spices - we reckon it's far nicer than the real thing!
Cooked Pearl Barley, Water, Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt), Rolled Oats, Protein (Starch, Flour, Protein), Oatmeal, Re-hydrated Onion, Salt, Non-Hydrogenated Vegetable Suet (Palm Oil & Sunflower Oil) with Wheat Flour, Beetroot Powder, Wheat Flour, Herbs (Including Celery), Spices, Roast Barley Malt Extract, Natural Flavouring.
Contains Barley, Wheat, Oats and Celery.

Remove plastic sleeving, cut into 15mm slices and heat thoroughly as per the instructions below:
Add a tablespoon of oil to the frying pan and pre heat pan over a gentle heat. Add the black pudding slices and fry over a medium heat for 4 minutes turning once.
Brush lightly with oil and place under a pre heated medium to hot grill and cook for 4 minutes turning once.
