Salami gets it’s traditional name from dried salted meats, 'sale' being Italian for salt, so these vegan salami sausages have a similar dry and chewy texture.
Smoked over beech and pine wood for a deliciously rich, savoury flavour, (without any hot spices).
Perfect for slicing to just the thickness you like! You can use in vegan pizzas, sandwiches, on crackers, or even cubed with noodles, pasta and rice dishes, soups and stews.
