Vegourmet Vegan Slicing Sausage - 'Kolbasz Style' 400g
A vegan version of a traditional Hungarian speciality popular throughout Eastern Europe.
This ‘Kolbasz style’ vegan sausage has a rich smoky flavour with warming paprika and peppery seasoning. As these are traditionally an air dried type of sausage the texture is very firm and satisfyingly chewy.
Very difficult to resist nibbling once open!
Can be sliced for vegan pizzas, sandwiches, etc or diced for use in traditional Eastern European recipes like vegetable stews, bean soups like ‘Jókai bableves’ or potato stews like ‘Paprikás krumpli’. (You'll have to check a search engine for those!)
