Vegan sausages In the style of the traditional Bavarian 'Weißwurst', an iconic feature of Bavarian cuisine originally created in Munich and made famous through the 'Oktoberfest' beer festivals.
Traditionally, these are unsmoked and uncured sausages made from veal and bacon, with light seasoning from parsley, pepper, lemon, mace and cardamom, which are is simply boiled, or sometimes cooked in white wine.

Due to the centuries old 'Bavarian Purity Law' traditional German beers can contain ONLY water, malt, hops and yeast - nothing else. So Bavarian beers such as Paulaner, Lowenbrau, Erdinger, HB Münchner, etc are suitable for vegans.
