A cheese sauce powder that can be used in dishes requiring a cheese sauce.

Rice flour, Cornstarch (Non-GM), Non-dairy Cheese Flavouring (12%) (Contains Soya), Vegetable Bouillon Powder (Contains: Salt, Maltodextrin, Potato Starch, Yeast Extract (Gluten Free), Sugar, Dried Vegetables (5.8%) (Onion, Parsnip, Parsley), Sunflower Oil, Spices (Lovage, Turmeric, Pepper, Garlic, Mace, Nutmeg), Spice Extract, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide)), Powdered Onion, Potato Flakes, Sea Salt, Ground White Pepper.

Energy 26kcal/100kJ, Fat 0.2g of which saturates 0g, Carbohydrate 6.4g, of which sugars 1.1g, Protein 0.5g, Salt 0.5g
Use 3 or 4 teaspoons of Dairy Free Cheese Flavour Sauce.Mix to 300ml of cold water.
Add a little of the cold water to the mix to the mix and stir to give a smooth paste.
Slowly add the remainder of the water to the paste.
Transfer to a saucepan and bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring continuously until thick.
For a creamier tasting sauce try replacing the cold water with rice milk or unsweetened soya milk.
