Vegan organic Greek style gyros. Chunks of organic wheat protein in a tasty seasoned sauce ready for the pan.

The name gyros come from the Greek meaning 'to turn' and is part of the tradition of Doner Kebabs (meaning 'Turning Roast' in Turkish) from that region.

Nutritional Values per 100g:
1102 kJ / 263 kcal, Protein 25.8g, Carbohydrates 9.0g, Fat 13.8g.

Preparation:
Pan fry the Wheaty Gyros until crispy. Serve with yoghurt sauce and vegetable on rice. You can also serve in a warm (or toasted) pitta bread with salad, sliced tomato and finely chopped onions and some french fries on the side.
(VeggieStuff Tip: A non stick pan gives the best result.)
