Vegan organic version of a Hungarian favourite.
Wheat protein chunks in a traditionally seasoned sauce that can be transformed into a hearty soup dish.

Ready to cook in a pan and add to rice and vegetables for a quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients:
Water, Wheat Protein* (27%), Sunflower Oil*, Onion*, Spices*, Yeast Extract, Vegetable Stock, Thickening Agent (locust bean gum*).

Sauce:
Tomato Puree*, Water, Onions*, Spices*, Yeast Extract, Potato Starch, Thickening Agent (locust bean gum*).
* = Certified Organic
May contain traces of mustard and celery.
Nutritional Values per 100g:
587 kJ / 139 kcal, Protein 21.7g, Carbohydrates 9.8g, Fat 1.4g.

Preparation:
Reheat the contents of the package by adding 100ml water. Season with mushrooms, bell peppers, roasted onions and a lacing of red wine. Serve with mixed rice like pilau are with saeur-kraut as Szegedine Goulasch (another traditional variation).
(VeggieStuff Tip: A non stick pan gives the best result.)
