Two crispy coated vegan Wiener Schnitzels. The name Wiener Schnitzel originates from Austria, meaning 'Viennese cutlet' in English. Traditionally served with potato salad and a slice of lemon - but you don't have to be a purist - they're also good with chips!

Viana have created a vegan version of this classic. Choicest Viana Tofu, organic wheat and fine herbs, all in finest crispy breadcrumb batter. A real Wiener Schnitzel - Viana style!

Ingredients:
Tofu, water, wheat protein, sunflower oil, sea salt, palm butter, breadcrumbs, raw cane sugar, maltodextrin, yeast extract, spices, thickener: carob powder, celeriac.
