A delicious vegan organic alternative to salami - with the legendary Viana quality! Delicately smoky flavour from Viana's excellent smoked tofu which is well seasoned and finely sliced.

Viana Velami has a moist, chewy texture with warm spicy flavour. Great for sandwiches, but can also be used in other creative ways:

Cut into thin strips and throw into a salad, or maybe with pasta. Or use on veggie/vegan pizzas. Try cutting into small pieces and put them in savoury crepes or toasted sandwiches with our dairy free cheeses...
