8 'Ready to eat' vegan sausages seasoned with delicious herbs and spices for a traditional flavour.

Redwood's delicious, mouthwatering alternative to meat made with natural ingredients. Free from dairy, meat, hydrogenated fats, GMO’s and cholesterol.
Ingredients:
Water, wheat gluten, onion, sunflower oil, wholemeal rusk, soya protein, natural flavouring, salt, unrefined sugar, yeast extract, dried herbs, stabiliser (methyl cellulose), spice extracts, dried garlic , malt extract.

Nutritional Information per 100g:
Energy 1141kj/273kcal, Carbohydrate 8.3g, of which sugars 2.0g, Protein 20.0g, Fat 18.2g, of which saturates 1.9g, of which mono-unsaturates 5.8g, of which polyunsaturates 9.5g, Cholesterol 0.0g, Fibre 1.3g, Sodium 0.6g

Allergen Information:
Contains soya protein & wheat gluten.

Cooking Instructions: Can be eaten hot or cold. If frozen defrost sausages before cooking.

TO SHALLOW FRY: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the sausages and cool, turning frequently.

TO GRILL: Lightly brush the sausages with vegetable oil. Place under a preheated hot grill for apprximatley 5 minuted turning frequently.

TO MICROWAVE: Place 2 sausages on a non-metallic plate, cover and cook. (Times vary for different microwaves)

Storage:
Suitable for freezing. Consume within 48 hours after opening.

No artificial flavours or preservatives. Packed in a protective atmosphere.Made in a meat and dairy free environment.
