Vegan burger mix makes 4 burgers. A savoury mix of cereals, non-GM soya and vegetables.

You can make sausages, mini 'meat balls', sausage rolls just by wrapping in puff pastry. Easy to to spice or season before mixing so they don't have to be boring!

Works well with the basic vegan recipe using oil, but can also made with either eggs.
Ingredients:
Textured Soya Protein 17% (defatted soya flour, zinc oxide, niacin, iron (ferrous sulphate), copper gluconate, vitamin A, calcium panthonate, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)), Wholewheat Rusk (with raising agent ammonium carbonate), Rolled Oats 17%, Wheat Gluten, Seseme Seeds, Dried Vegetable 11% (onions, carrots, tomatoes, red peppers), Hydroylsed Vegetable Protein, Sunflower Oil (with antioxidant vitamin E), Modified Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Flavouring (bell peppers, parsley, basil, paprike, cayenne, oregano, celery, chilli, mustard, onion, cassia, cumin, coriander, sage), Colour (beetroot red), Dried Herbs (parsley, chives). Contains soya, wheat, oats, seseme seeds and mustard. Certified by the Vegetarian Society.
