Vegan sausage mix makes 10 sausages of about 1oz each.

A savoury mix of cereals, non-GM soya and vegetables. Can be made with either eggs or with the vegan recipe using only oil.

Makes a great stuffing for tomatoes, onions, etc. So easy to use in sausage rolls just wrap in puff pastry. Can be seasoned with your favourite herbs and spices before mixing and cooking so you never get bored.

Ingredients:
Textured Soya Protein 28% (defatted soya flour, zinc oxide, niacin, iron (ferrous sulphate), copper gluconate, vitamin A, calcium panthonate, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)), Wholewheat Rusk (with raising agent ammonium carbonate), Wheat Gluten, Rolled Oats 14%, Flavouring (pepper, coriander, ginger, sage, parsley, rosemary, thyme, basil, nutmeg, mace), Dried Vegetable 4% (onions, tomatoes), Sunflower Oil (with antioxidant vitamin E), Sea Salt, Hydroylsed Vegetable Protein, Modified Potato Starch, Garlic Powder, Colour (beetroot red), Stabiliser (guar gum). Contains soya, wheat & Oats. Certified by the Vegetarian Society.
