Oatly's healthy oat cream has a great thick, smooth and creamy texture ideal for use on desserts, fruit and savoury dishes. Oatly's oat cream is not sweetened so is particularly useful when making soups and sauces and creamy dishes like Mushroom Stroganoff where a sweetened product would require more salt to compensate. |
Oatly is made in Sweden using a special process based on a method developed by the University of Lund, giving a smooth product with a pleasant flavour, without the 'beany' flavours sometimes associated with soya milks and thicker than rice based products. This oat cream thickens up when cold, so chilled is best when served as a dessert topping. Once opened keep Oatly oat cream refrigerated and use within 4-5 days. Ingredients:
Oat base (water, oats* 10%), Rapeseed oil*, Palm oil*, Emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin, Stabiliser: xanthan, Sea salt.
