Low-fat high-protein dehydrated soya cutlets.

Ideal for use in stir fries, fajitas, kebabs, etc.

Simply cook in a rich stock over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes until fully soaked.

Then lightly squeeze any excess fluid and roast, skewer, pan fry, etc.
VeggieStuff Kitchen Tip We find vecon vegetable stock is ideal for this, although a bouillon and some tamari style soy sauce will give good flavour and colour. Can be browned in oil in a frying pan for a firmer finish.

For a lighter colour and flavour just use a bouillon.

These soya cutlets work really well in sticky spicy marinades!
