Le Sojami has a unique creamy smooth texture and tangy flavour made with a patented process using 'Lacto-Fermentation'. Although this sounds like it involves milk, it is in fact dairy-free and vegan. Sojami's patented process uses specially cultured - hence the name.

'Lacto-Fermented' tofu is dairy-free and Vegan despite the milky sounding name. It uses specially cultured active fermenting agents that also contribute to well balanced intestinal flora, is easily digested and is rich in protein.

Use as a spread or for cooking. Simply spread on a piece of bread, on crackers or toast, or mix with hot pasta or vegetables.

Guaranteed non-GM organic soya beans grown in the South West of France. Naturally gluten, lactose and cholesterol free.

Ingredients
Lacto-fermented Tofu* ((filtered water, hulled soya bean* (15%) selected fermenting agents)), Black and Green Olives* (20%), First Cold Pressed Olive Oil* and Rape Seed Oil*, Unrefined Sea Salt.
