SoyaToo! Dairy Free alternatives to Cream

SoyaToo! is a brand of TofuTown.com GmbH, a German company that has been producing tofu products for 30 years.

Their factory is based in the Eifel region in the West of Germany bodered by the mighty Rhine in the East and the Mosel in the South. A volcanic plateau, this region is famous for its excellent supply of mineral water which they use in production.

Topping Cream:
SoyaToo! Topping cream is rich, sweet and thick, ideal for use with fruit or puddings. It can also be whipped up. They also produce a fabulous dairy free spray cream which you can spray right only desserts, ice creams or even onto hot chocolate!

Cooking Cream:
Most soya creams are sweetend as they are intended for use in desserts, which makes them unsuitable for some puposes, such as creamy savoury sauces, soups and dips, etc. However SoyaToo! also make a thick and creamy dairy free cooking cream which is perfect for use in recipies that would normally use dairy creams. We have made a tasty mushroom and white wine sauce with it.

Coffee Creamer:
Many of you will have experienced the problem of soya milk curdling in hot coffee. The heat and the acidity of the coffee can cause the soya milk to coagulate to form a swirling beige mass that looks quite unnatractive. You can get past this with some practice, milk in first and being careful about tempertures... what a fuss! SoyaToo! Coffee Creamer is silky smooth in coffee and never curdles.
