There have been major changes with the Realeat brand. Popular products like Vegebanger, Vegeburger have sadly been discontinued.

You may have noticed their absence from the shops, following the disappearance of some of their frozen lines from freezer cabinets too.

Realeat was owned by Haldane Foods which also owned Direct Foods and Granose. So you will also find Sosmix and Burgamix have disappeared as well as the old time classic Chicken Style Roast, Cashew Nut Roast and Nut Roast.

Realeat and Direct foods change to Granose

Direct Foods and Realeat are now under the Granose Brand

Haldane Foods (owned by multinational giant Hain Celestial) decided to sell the packet mix brands and keep the Realeat brand just for the frozen lines along with the Linda McCartney range.

Symingtons, who bought the dry mix products from Hain Celestial have decided to bring all the Realeat and Direct Foods dry mix products together under the century old 'Granose' brand.

The new products are in attractive packaging under the revitalised Granose name, available from VeggieStuff.com (see below)
