Ingredients:
Dried Textured Soya Protein (15%) (Defatted Soya Flour, Iron (Ferrous Sulphate), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Dried Oats, Wheat Gluten, Sunflower Seeds (10%), Rusk (Wheatflour, Salt), Lentil Flour (10%), Dried Vegetables (85) (Red Peppers, Onion, Carrot), Yeast Extract, Dried Lentils (3%), Tomato Powder, Vegetable Oil, Dried Mixed Herbs, Garlic Powder, Dried Chives.

Directions for use:
Empty the contents of both sachets into a bowl. Add 200ml of cold water. Mix well and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Pour into a greased 1 pint ovenproof container. For best results bake in a pre heated oven at 190C/375F or Gas Mark 5 for 20 minutes or alternatively microwave on full power for 6 minutes (based on a 650w oven). Remove from the oven and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Turn out into a serving dish and garnish. Serve hot or cold (if serving cold refrigerate and use within 24 hours).
