Granose Mock Duck

Can be used in a range of recipes from stir fries to pie fillings when used in place of meat. Simply drain the can, heat and serve.

Best results will usually come from pan frying with some seasoning before adding to stir fries.

On the right is some mock duck that we just quickly shallow fried to brown them and get a slightly crispy texture. We then used them in fajitas with spicy seasoning and chopped vegetables in a tortilla wrap.
