A tasty rusk and textured vegetable protein vegetarian sausage mix.

This Granose vegetarian sausage mix replaces the Direct Foods and Realeat Banger mixes that we have all known for many years. This follows the merger and selling of these brands to a new owner.

Made up and cooked as per instructions each sachet of Granose Meat Free Sausage Mix weighs 148g. Each pack provides 2 servings (4 sausages if using the two packs together).

VeggieStuff Kitchen Tips:
These sausages taste nice, but you can add some variety by spicing them up a little. Try adding a little chilli or curry powder or even herbs like chopped rosemary and sage. Just stir into the dry mix before adding the water.

Rusk 30% (Wheatflour, Salt), Dried Textured Soya Protein (25%) (Defatted Soya Flour, Iron (Ferrous Sulphate) Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitmain B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Vegetable Oil, Natural Flavourings, Stabiliser (Methyl Cellulose), Rice Flour, Soya Flour, Potato Starch, Yeast Extract, Colour (Beetroot Red), Ground Black Pepper.

Directions for use:
Empty the contents of one sachet into a bowl. Add 125ml of cold water. Mix and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Form into 4 sausage shapes and fry gently in shallow oil until golden brown.

Alternatively pre-heat frill on a medium setting and grill for approximately 12 minutes tunring occasionally or until golden brown.
