Each sachet when made up and cooked according to instructions weighs 198g approx.

This vegetarian burger mix from Granose replaces the Realeat and Direct Foods burger mixes that we have all enjoyed over the years. This follows the merger or these brands and them being sold on to a new owner.
VeggieStuff Kitchen TipVeggieStuff Kitchen Tip:
Try rolling the mix into small balls instead of burgers and frying in shallow oil. This can be used as an alternative to falafels in vegetarian kebabs, or even as meatless balls with a Spaghetti Bolognese.

Granose Meat-Free Burger MixIngredients:
Dried Textured Soya Protein (50%) (Defatted Soya Flour, Malt Extract), Vegetable Oil, Wholemeal Rusk, Yeast Extract, Stabiliser (Methyl Cellulose), Rice Flour, Natural Flavourings, Soya Flour, Onion Powder, Salt, Dried Onion, Malt Extract Powder (barley), Garlic Powder.

Allergy Advice: Contains Wheat Gluten, Barley Gluten, Soya

Directions for use:
Empty the contents of one sachet into a bowl. Add 143ml of cold water. Mix and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Form into 4 burger shapes and fry gently in shallow oil until golden brown. Alternatively pre-heat grill on a medium setting and grill for 6 minutes each side or until golden brown.
