SoyaToo! Dairy Free Spray Cream

VeggieStuff Kitchen Tips:
Great on fruit salads, desserts and puddings and cakes. You can also use this cream to top hot cocolate and cappucino. We use it with vegan jelly and custard to make mini trifles.

Usage Tips:
IMPORTANT - this product must not be over chilled. This causes the cream to set and it will just spray out gas! It is suggested that you remove from the fridge at least 10 minutes before you intend to use it.

Hold it upside down, give a firm shake and spray. If it doesn't come squirting out - leave it to warm up a little more.

Soyatoo!® is:

• based on organic soy milk and 100% organic vegetable fats
• easy on the figure with a delightfully low fat content of only 11% (conventional whipping cream contains approx. 25% fat)
• cholesterol free and lactose free

Ingredients
Soy milk (water, soybeans) (74%), coconut fat (5%), palm fat (5%), sugar beet syrup, maltodextrin from maize, acidifier: tartaric acid, thickener: seaweed extract, sea salt, natural vanilla flavour.
Propellant: nitrous oxide (This product does contain organically grown ingredients but regulations prevent it being described as organic due to the use of the propellant gas which is not on the 'approved ingredients' list - as it can not be 'grown' organically, however it is safe for you and the environment.)
