Rich vegan fruit pudding with tropical fruit pieces in vodka.

Cole's Traditional Foods have taken all their years of experience of making Christmas puddings, and with a spark of creativity (and a shot of vodka) they have produced this fabulous steam pudding for us to enjoy all year round as a dessert. Can be microwaved in a few minutes or alternatively steamed or boiled.

Full of chunks of papaya, mango, pineapple, with candied peel, sultanas and raisins all soaked in a vodka sauce - theres lots to enjoy about this pudding! We really enjoyed this sweet, tangy and fruity pudding and think you'll love it too.

Serves 3 people.

Can be quickly zapped in the microwave or if you prefer, steamed or boiled. To serve, just flip them out of the pots onto a dish and scoff before anyone asks for a bit! Can be served with one of our dairy free creams!

Cooking Intructions
Microwave: Full power for 2 minutes 15 seconds (based on 750W)
Steam or Boil: Place in a steamer or boil in a saucepan filled with water to half the depth of pudding. Cook for 1 hour 10 mins (but don't let it boil dry).
