Rich vegan fruit pudding made with Orange Liqueur topped with a sweet cranberry sauce.

Cole's Traditional Foods have produced this rich and sticky steam pudding in convenient twin packs of 150g single servings - so you can even sneak around with one in your pocket! All you need to do is track down a microwave and 'ping' - you've got a steaming hot, sticky, sweet and delicious pudding all to yourself!

Can be quickly zapped in the microwave or if you prefer, steamed or boiled. To serve, simply flip them out of the pots onto a dish. Can be served with one of our dairy free creams for an extra indulgence!

Suitable for vegan, vegetarian and dairy free diets.

Cranberry Sauce (20%) (sugar, glucose syrup, cranberries 20%), thickener: E1422 (a modified starch), water, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: E202 (potassium sorbate), color: E162 (beetroot extract)), Vine Fruits (14%) (sultanas, raisins), Brown Sugar, Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), Cider (contains sulphite), Wheat Flour, Vegetable Suet (palm oil, sunflower oil, wheat flour), Cranberries Dried Sweetened (6%) (sugar, cranberries (43.5%), sunflower oil), Reconstituted Orange Juice (3.5%), Orange Liqueur (3%), Chopped Orange Peel (3%), Chopped Walnuts, Molasses, Glace Cherries (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid, colour E127, preservative: sulphur dioxide), Candied Citrus Peel (orange peel, lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, preservative: sulphur dioxide), Humectant: Vegetable Glycerol, Salt, Mixed Spice).

Cooking Intructions
Microwave: Full power for 45 seconds (based on 750W)
Steam or Boil: Place in a steamer or boil in a saucepan filled with water to half the depth of pudding. Cook for 30 mins (but don't let it boil dry).
