Delicious rich vegan fruit pudding with chunky black glace cherries, flaked almonds and rich Amaretto liqueur.

We absolutely loved this pudding and think you'll enjoy it too.

Cole's Traditional Foods have taken all their years of experience of making Christmas puddings, and with a spark of creativity (and a dash or two of liqueur) they have produced this fabulous steam pudding for us to enjoy all year round as a dessert.
Can be microwaved in a few minutes or alternatively steamed or boiled.

It is quite a generous pud - serves 4 people. So you'd better get some friends or family round to share it - but they won't believe a vegan pudding could taste so indulgent!

Can be quickly zapped in the microwave or if you prefer, steamed or boiled. To serve, just flip them out of the pots onto a dish and scoff before anyone asks for a bit! Can be served with one of our dairy free creams!

Suitable for vegan, vegetarian and dairy free diets. No artifical colours or flavourings.

Ingredients
Glace Cherries (29%) (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, colour: anthocyanins, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sulphur dioxide), Sultanas (15%), Water, Brown Sugar, Wheat Flour, Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), Vegetable Suet (palm oil, sunflower oil, wheat flour), Reconstituted Orange Juice, Amaretto (3.5%), Molasses, Humectant: Vegetable Glycerol, Flaked Almonds (1.5%), Salt, Mixed Spice, Almond Oil.
Allergens: Contains wheat, gluten, nuts and sulphur dioxide.

Nutrition Information: Typical values per 100g
Energy 1290kJ/308 kcal, Protein 2.6g, Carbohydrate 57.6%, of which sugars 34.5g, Fat 6.1g, of which saturates 3.0g, Fibre 1.2g, Sodium 0.3g.

Cooking Intructions
Microwave: Full power for 3 minutes (based on 750W)
Steam or Boil: Place in a steamer or boil in a saucepan filled with water to half the depth of pudding. Cook for 1 hour 30 mins (but don't let it boil dry).
