Rich vegan fruit pudding with cider and apple chunks, topped with apple sauce and Calvados apple brandy.

Sweet, tangy, sticky and just a little bit boozey! We think if you like apples then you'll really enjoy this posh pud. We did :-)

Can be microwaved in a few minutes or alternatively steamed or boiled.

If you really have to share it, then there is enough for three servings.

Can be quickly zapped in the microwave or if you prefer, steamed or boiled. To serve, just flip them out of the pots onto a dish and scoff before anyone asks for a bit! Can be served with one of our dairy free creams!

Vine Fruits (25%) (sultanas, raisins), Apple Sauce (18%) (sugar, glucose syrup, apple pulp (20%), thickener E1422, water, humectant: vegetable glycerol, salt, acidity regulator: E330, preservative E202), Wheat Flour, Brown Sugar, Cider (6%) (Cider, preservative: potassium metabisulphite), Vegetable Suet (palm oil, sunflower oil, wheat flour) Apples Diced (4%) (Apple, water, preservative: potassium metabisulphite), Calvados (4%), Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Candied Citrus Peel (orange peel, lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, preservative: sulphur dioxide), Humectant: Vegetable Glycerol, Reconstituted Lemon Juice, Reconstituted Orange Juice, Orange Peel, Molasses, Malt Extract, Salt, Spiced Mixed, Baking Powder (emulsifier: E450(a), raising agent: E500, wheat flour).

Cooking Intructions
Microwave: Full power for 2 minutes 15 seconds (based on 750W)
Steam or Boil: Place in a steamer or boil in a saucepan filled with water to half the depth of pudding. Cook for 1 hour 10 mins (but don't let it boil dry).
